2024 Back to School Sales Tax Holiday: 7/29-8/11

Beginning on July 29th and extending through August 11th, certain back-to-school items will be exempt from Florida sales tax. Governor DeSantis increased this year's Back to School 2024 Sales Tax Holiday to nearly two full weeks.

In addition to basic school supplies like binders, tape, composition books, and crayons, clothing, footwear, and accessories with a sales price of $100 or less, jigsaw puzzles (less than $30), and personal computers ($1,500 or less) have also made the list.
