Flagler Schools Named Apple Distinguished District
Flagler Schools

Flagler Schools is pleased to announce it has been recognized as an Apple Distinguished School District. School districts apply and are selected for this distinction based on their commitment to continuous innovation in education across all schools in the system, using Apple products to inspire, imagine and impact teaching and learning districtwide.

An Apple representative made it official Monday that Flagler Schools is now an Apple Distinguished District. The representative formally presented the district with the honor at the October 2024 School Board meeting.

One of only 17 districts worldwide to receive this honor, Flagler Schools earned the title after the announcement earlier this year that Belle Terre Elementary School, Buddy Taylor Middle School, Indian Trails Middle School, Old Kings Elementary School and Rymfire Elementary School had been recognized as Apple Distinguished Schools for the 2024–2027 program term.

Bunnell Elementary School, Flagler Palm Coast High School, Matanzas High School and Wadsworth Elementary School were named Apple Distinguished Schools in 2023.

Apple Distinguished Schools are centers of leadership and educational excellence, with a clear vision for how technology-rich environments support learning goals.

As an Apple Distinguished District, we are even more confident that we are leading #FlaglerForward!
